Bridal FAQ's

How far in advance does BHC typically book?

We typically are booking 1 to 1.5 years in advanced. Contracts are now available for 2024 and 2025 bookings!

Are trials included in the cost of my service(s)?

Bridal hair and/or makeup trials are NOT included in the cost of these services.

Is there a minimum amount of services required for booking?

We do not require a booking minimum for bridal services!

When is my final headcount due?

Your bridal coordinator will reach out THREE MONTHS prior to your event date to confirm the total amount of individuals receiving services. After 3 months, this number cannot be altered.

How do I determine my ready by time?

We usually recommend having everyone done with hair and makeup services 30 minutes before having to get dressed. This ensures you have enough time to get into dresses, get ready for any first look photos, etc.

When will the team arrive on site the day of?

Our team typically arrives 30 minutes prior to start time to get set up and ensure they are in a practical location to preform services. This also depends on your ready by time, and the amount of people receiving services. Your day of schedule will be curated by our bridal coordinator 3 months out from your event date.

When is my final invoice due?

Your final invoice will be sent out 1 week prior to your event date. You have until the Wednesday before your event date to complete this invoice.

Does BHC accept bridal bookings on Sundays?

Yes! We do accept bridal bookings on Sundays and other weekdays. Sundays and Mondays are subjected to an additional fee per artist. This fee is also applied to Sunday/Monday trials.

Can my stylist instal clip in extensions?

Yes! Our stylist can install clip in hair extensions for an additional fee. This must be confirmed with your bridal coordinator 3 months prior to your event date.

If I have sensitive skin, can I bring my own makeup?

If you have sensitive skin and prefer to bring your own makeup, your stylist can apply it for you. This however does not change the cost of the service at all. We ask that if you have any specific allergies to please let your bridal coordinator know ahead of time so we can properly accommodate!
